If you have any questions or you are interested in booking a telephone consultation, please contact me via email in the first instance. We can then arrange a suitable time and date to talk. I am not able to provide immediate responses. However I aim to respond as soon as possible.
Please be aware that I do not provide a crisis service. Call 999 if you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe. Call 111 if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency.
