If you have any questions or you are interested in booking a telephone consultation, please contact me via email in the first instance. We can then arrange a suitable time and date to talk. I am not able to provide immediate responses. However I aim to respond as soon as possible. 


Please be aware that I do not provide a crisis service. Call 999 if you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.​ Call 111 if you need help urgently for your mental health, but it's not an emergency.
